𑁋 WHITE WINES 𑁋
Langhe Chardonnay DOC
Expressive purity, verticality and aromatic tension

Wine Identity
Origin and style
The Chardonnay delle Langhe grown by Podere Gagliassi is the result of careful selection and organic farming practices.
The winemaking approach aims to avoid any superstructure, to highlight the varietal identity of the vine and the minerality of the Piedmontese soils.
A Langhe Chardonnay DOC that favors finesse, essentiality and a clear gastronomic vocation.
Production philosophy
The vinification takes place entirely in stainless steel, at a controlled temperature, with aging on the fine lees to increase structure and aromatic complexity, without weighing down the wine's profile.
The result is a taut, fresh and versatile Chardonnay, perfectly in line with the winery's clean and artisanal style.
