NOTE DI DEGUSTAZIONE
Fine and floreal. We decided to make this Vermouth trying to create the right combination between taste, herbs and spices.
Cherries, elder flower and pink pepper give to the Moscato a fresh and a bit spicy taste.
This Vermouth is perfect with ice, with a bit oh seltz and a slice of grapefruit and pepper.
COMBINATION: Chocolate tarte, raspberries or canapè of pan brioche with fresh cheese, salmon and dill.
