GRAPE VARIETAL: 100% Nebbiolo
VINEYARD LOCATION: Monforte d’Alba
ALTITUDE: 400 – 450 m above s.l.
HARVEST: Half October, manual harvest and selecion. Grapes are immediately send to the winery.
WINEMAKING: fermentation and maceration on the skins in steel tanks with controlled temperature for 15/20 days. Then, few weeks in french tonneaux.
TASTING AND COLOR: bright ruby red with deep aroma of flowers, rose, violet and berries. Palate is elegant with a full body, spicy notes give a nice freshness and a good drinkability
PAIRING: perfect for any situation, it can be drunk like aperitif or also with important dishes
ALCOHOL: 14,5% vol
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 17-18° C
